Here at All In #1 Homes, we strive for excellent in every home we do. Our custom manufactured homes are built under the federal building code administered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as well as California Title 25. These federal standards regulate manufactured housing design, construction, strength and durability, transportability, fire resistance, energy efficiency, and quality. The HUD Code also sets performance standards for the heating, plumbing, air conditioning, thermal, and electrical systems.
Our custom manufactured homes are built in a factory, allowing them to be constructed in a controlled environment, protected from the weather and allowing for quality assurance control. In short, everything we do must meet federal standards, guaranteeing our homes are of a high caliber.
Another asset of our homes is that when a factory purchases the necessary materials, they are bought in bulk, which translates into lower costs. Also, labor costs are lower as the factory utilizes assembly line methods and technology, maximizing builder efficiency. What this means for our customers is that our homes are less expensive to build than site built homes.
Beyond our construction standards, our ability to freely design these homes with you allows us to create a home of high aesthetic value, a home you can be proud of. Our homes have many of the same features found in a normal stick-built home: vaulted ceilings, skylights, solar tubes, fireplaces, walk-in closets, whirlpool tubs, hardwood flooring, ceramic tile; we are limited only by our imagination.
