Secondary Residences also known as  accessory apartments, mother-in-law apartments, and small homes, are small self-contained homes detached from a principal dwelling.  They are normally utilized as guest accommodations or as an apartment for relatives.

Our secondary residence homes are built with the same high standards as our manufactured homes, including the ability to customize the layout.

Below, we have provided a variety of floor plans for your perusal.  These plans range from 440 square feet to 678 square feet.
